1. Who we are
Skinapse Labs (“we”, “us”) operates skinapse.ai. This policy describes what we collect through this website and how we handle it. For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@skinapse.ai.
2. What we collect
Waitlist signups: your name, email address, and device platform (iOS/Android), along with the time of signup and your IP address (kept for abuse prevention). Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. Technical data: standard server request logs. We collect nothing else — no health data, photos, or profiles are collected through this website.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your messages, to notify you about the Skinapse app (including launch and waitlist updates), and to keep the site secure (rate limiting and spam prevention). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Where it lives
Waitlist entries are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google LLC). Form submissions trigger an internal notification email delivered by Resend, our email provider. The site itself runs on our cloud hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments; we share your information with no one else, except if required by law.
5. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is an essential session cookie for our internal staff admin area — regular visitors never receive it.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to launch the app and respond to you, and we delete it on request at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing info@skinapse.ai. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, and we will honor verified requests accordingly.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. The Skinapse app
This policy covers the website only. The Skinapse app will be governed by its own privacy policy, published before the app launches, covering any skin photos and health-related data processed there.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
